3.1 Storm Drain into Pond
Well, it's been a short life for me, only 50 or 60 years since the pond was built and I managed to survive saplinghood despite almost annual flooding. Not much left of me now, even under my stump almost all my fine rootlets have been passed on to other trees whose feet aren't quite so wet. If those pesky humans leave me alone another few years, I can peacefully pass on myself.
