The lowest part of the drive is where there's a culvert going underneath it that takes drainage from the north east field and sends it north and downhill onto the neighbour's property. Water will collect here during heavy rains and can take several days to dry out.

Driveway is a short country lane
The driveway is very much like a country lane, but not being paved means that nature is constantly at work to move it. Mowing seems to keep things happy. The low spot shown here does sometimes get and stay wet in heavy rains. and in winter the snow can drift deep here.
