Dining on milkweed, crop
No monarch caterpillers, but plenty of other kinds of insects and smaller creatures seem to be enjoying themselves now that the milkweed has made its seed pod.

Did a bunch of chop and drop on the black locust grove to the left.
No sign of monarchs, or much of anything eating these yet.

Wild plums looking good.
Will definately be a bumper crop of wild plum this year.
First one to start forming the flower.
Nearly a dozen of them, only one more than 2 feet tall, none starting to form flower head yet. No evidence of Monarch activity yet.
